Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Others or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good technical knowledge in current construction technologies
• Good understanding of general construction methods in building and structural details (working drawings)
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping services.
• Address and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage property expenses, ensuring they align with the allocated budget.
• Ensure compliance with local building and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Property / Facilities / Estate / Building Management / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
