• To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
• Support Project Manager and Engineers
• Control material wastage and manage workers on site
• Ensure project specifications are fulfilled & that company regulations are being adhered to
• Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Assist the Mechanical/ Electrical and Operations Staff to target minimal downtime of the TBM
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or trade certification
• Min 5 years experience of underground structure or tunnelling works
• Must have relevant work experience as a TBM Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site (residential / commercial)
• Ensure effective and efficient management of the Common Areas through routine checks
• Assist the Centre Manager to prepare property for new tenancy
• Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
• Conduct on-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule
• To follow up with the contractor on the submission monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing
• Assist in the supervision of term contractors
• Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by tenants / residents
• Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
• Attend to any emergency or incident in compliance with in-house Apps & SOP for Escalation and response time
• Lead and manage client-relationship
• Engage and attend to complaints from tenants / residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is directed back to the tenant / resident with closure
• Propose preventive maintenance strategy
• To prepare the monthly report for the management and landlord
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of BMSMA will be an added advantage
