4. You are required to work with consultants to ensure that all authorities’ submissions are done on time in order to commence work and in time to obtain TOP/CSC for projects.

5. Any other duties may also be reviewed and incorporated to ensure the estate is well managed and assigned by supervisors or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 3 year of relevant working experience.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service orientated mindset.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
