Troubleshooting/ Failure Investigations

he Resident Engineer shall be responsible to lead and/or support the troubleshooting of a diverse range of problems that may occur during Plant operation, Planned or Unplanned Maintenance, with the support from the Singapore office and Service Engineering Head Office in Japan. • Ensure the quality and detailing of architectural works meet project standards, regulatory requirements, and maintainability criteria.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to address design and construction challenges.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field; a BOA-recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural project management, with a preference for candidates with MOHH project experience and at least one completed project cycle.
• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting and producing construction drawings with attention to detail.
• Possess knowledge of BIM/VDC tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Job Description

• Reports to the General Manager as PA/Secretary.
• Manage the training and development needs of staff and workers.
• Oversee and support projects' Site Admin and Customer Relations Officer role as and when needed.
• Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
• Taking minutes of meetings, reports, letters, emails as and when assigned.
• Attend meetings and events.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Administration and Public Relations role.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
