We are representing our client (one of the largest property and asset management companies in Singapore) in their search for experienced Property Leasing Executive/Manager (CEA Qualified) to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on the leasing and management of B1 Industrial Buildings.

PROPERTY LEASING EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER (CEA QUALIFIED)

(B1 INDUSTRIAL BUILDING)

Responsibilities

•     Prepare Annual Budget Forecasts and Monthly Management Reports.

•     Stay informed on industry trends and review tenant mix to optimize occupancy rates.

•     Manage the marketing of industrial properties and collaborate with agents.

•     Prepare Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and liaise with solicitors on lease documentation.

•     Oversee arrears management and ensure timely payment collections.

•     Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.

•     Submit applications (e.g., change of use) and coordinate with relevant authorities on lease-related matters.

•     Address tenancy-related issues, tenant fit-outs, and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.

•     Coordinate with Finance on rental billings, refunding of deposits, and property tax matters.

•     Work with Operations on the handover and reinstatement of premises.

Requirements

•     Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline.

•     Must be registered as a salesperson with the CEA.

•     At least 3 years of relevant experience in leasing industrial properties, with a focus on B1 buildings.

•     Proficient in marketing, lease negotiations, and industry regulations.

•     Strong presentation skills and excellent written communication skills.

•     Strong financial analytical skills.

•     Location: Industrial property in the North.
