Job Description & Requirements

Degree/ diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building Steel Structures and/or

related experience prefered

Liaise and coordinate with consultants, main contractor

Resolve all engineering, technical and project queries from time to time

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned related to project

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the condominium, ensuring a well-maintained and safe living environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and amenities to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and building requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Lead and supervise a team of on-site staff, ensuring efficient operations and high service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
