Handling daily operations

Being designated to a site, you’ll be handling daily operations such as assisting site managers in property management services and organising and planning daily operations. You’ll also be preparing and supporting an emergency/crisis management plan and also ensure the general maintenance of the site.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and

recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender

• Co-ordinate and attend all council meetings as well as general meetings

• Prepare and execute Early Works & Temporary Works (Including Land Access)

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry with at least 12 years of experience in Road or Civil projects in an EPC main contractor capacity handling mega infrastructure project.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in LTA projects in as a construction manager or equivalent capacity
• Meticulous with leadership/problem-solving skills/qualities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to handle pressure.
• 6 days work week and ability to work on weekends if needs arise.
