We are seeking a reliable and organized Site Coordinator with strong driving skills to oversee site operations, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to drive to various locations as needed.

- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth operations.

- Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients to meet project objectives.

- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to site operations.

- Safely drive to various locations to support site activities.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of related experience

- Proven experience in site coordination or a similar role.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to travel to multiple sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Descriptions

• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
• Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years and above of relevant site experience in building projects
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
• Candidate who possesses good experience and exposure will be considered higher position. Salary will be commeasured according to skill
