• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage and operate surveillance systems (CCTV) and maintain security logs and incident reports.
• Enforce condominium policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and management in case of any security breaches or emergencies.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of residents at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a secure environment during high-profile events or large gatherings within the condominium.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality settings.
• Relevant security certifications in Singapore (e.g., PLRD License).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and visitors.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and report incidents accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of conducting regular patrols and handling emergency situations.
• Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible as EHS department document controller to manage document related to EHS department
• Maintaining EHS management system documents and ensuring enforcement

• Conducting and review risk assessments and aspect and impact analysis, the recommendation of safety measures, safe work procedures and environmental matters
• Conducting environmental, health and safety audits for site operations and recommending continual improvements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower’s accepted WSH-related qualifications
• Possess internal auditing skill on ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 will be an added advantage
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM for at least 3 years
