• Investigate environmental incidents (e.g., pollution, pests, waste) and recommend preventive measures.
• Develop and deliver training on pollution, pest, and waste control to maintain awareness.
• Provide advice during project planning on noise, air, water pollution, waste management, and public engagement.
• Collaborate with project teams to uphold environmental standards and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ECO in the construction industry
• Preferably with recent HDB project working experience.
• Registered NEA ECO
• Possess a “Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction Site Personnel” (ie. ECMO certified), if without this certification ECO needs to obtain this within 6 months of employment at site;
• Good working knowledge of WSH regulations and practices
• Good knowledge of various regulations, policies, statutory requirements, assistance schemes, and procedures related to the industry

Job Description

Working at Construction Site as Site Supervisor.

1. Arrange workers complete construction works daily. Ensure works go on smoothly, Ensure no workers idling.

2. Coordinate with Main-con, clarify with Main-con on drawings, schedule, access, materials, machineries etc

3. Attend all the site meeting on behalf of company.

Requirements

5 years experience working at construction site as a Subcon Site superisor or in charge person.

Well knowledge on RC works in the whole process, Rebar works, formwork, Concreting.

Well Knowledge on Labor production rate of RC works.

Good communication skill required.

Stronger Leadship required.
