QAQC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• To establish the quality assurance system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 for the project, formulate the Project Quality Plan.

What This Job Involves

Support Account Lead & account leadership team in handling business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation, other pricing advice and all account specific finance related matters. Your key responsibilities will be:

Job Description:
Business Partnering and Contract Management

• Team member of Account Relationship Team with client
• Partnering with Account Lead in providing financial reports and analysis for business decision making.
• Interaction with different stakeholders including third-party service providers/vendors and key client personnel.
• Expense and debtors’ management
• Setting, review and monitoring of financial key performance indicators
• Resolving system issues
• Implementation of process improvements, encouraging efficiencies in financial management
• Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis.

Invoice Payments & Billings

• Manage Vendor Payments
• Ensure accurate and timely client billings.
• Support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable process
• Accountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cash flow.
• Optimizing working capital and monitoring liquidity on the account. Develop and execute strategies to maximize cash efficiency while minimizing financial risks.

Reporting/Forecasting/Planning

• Responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights on performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the financial impact of business initiatives.
• Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly & ad hoc reporting and variance analysis for client and corporate requirements, Annual budget & quarterly forecasts for both client and corporate stakeholders.
• Working closely with the local country Finance teams on profitability/revenue variances, issues and other requirements and task
• Reviewing and monitoring of potential risk and opportunities within the account
• Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling where requested.

General Ledger Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit

• Management of Month End processes
• Responsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e. Bank Reconciliation, GRNV
• Ensure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time.
• Working with different finance teams (i.e Controllership, FP&A teams) to compliance to accounting standards such as revenue recognition (fee at risk), cost capitalisation and etc.
• Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions.
• Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognised quality management processes
• Ensure all finance staff are well trained on the financial systems & are effectively able to extract data.
• Co-ordination of adhoc financial requests as required by regional finance team

Qualifications

University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or relevant field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)

Minimum of 5 years of finance managerial experience in finance.

Candidate with regional exposure in APAC will be an added advantage.

Experience in leading finance in matrix environment including ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience with building construction
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Able to work independently

Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork , rebar, concreting, survey.

To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;

To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;

To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;

To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;

To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;

To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;

To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.

To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.

Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.

Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.

• AUTO CAD Drafting for building & Steel Plate NESTING.
• Have a good knowledge in CAD MATIC.
• Preparing Engineering Drawings and steel weight checking.
• QA / QC Document controller.
• Have a good knowledge in M.S OFFICE.
• Material taking off for fabrication.(MTO)
• -Preparing Dimensional Reports

• Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.

• Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in

actual Construction and Submit weekly site works progress report to

the client.

• Project Planning.

• Materials and Resources Forecasting and Procurement process.

• Execution of the Entire Building’s Structures and Finishes with Project

Team for smoothing the work progress.
