Job Description

· Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and making recommendations to project managers for improvements and corrective actions.

· Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.

· Interface and coordinate with engineering supporting construction activities.

· Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction.

· Oversee the effective management of project activities to assure timely delivery and low wastage.

· Manage and lead a group of engineers.

· Co-ordination with other departments on issues affecting project works.

· Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc.

· Provide timely project progress reporting to management and attending project execution meetings with other managers.

· Select, guide and develop a multicultural labour force & management team with construction responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

· Ensure Quality Assurance and ISO Standards are met on all construction related activities and ensure customer quality specifications are constantly met.

· Allocate capital and Human Resources to maximize productivity.

· Other ad-hoc duties required to carry out.

Requirements

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.

· Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.

· Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.

· Master or Degree in Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction experience. A field in marine construction company is favorable.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCad.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

· Singaporeans/ PR or those holding relevant residence status may apply.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in the East Region, ensuring efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality work. As a construction supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our construction projects and contributing to the growth of our company.

• Manage and oversee the scheduling of manpower resources.
• Monitor the welfare of workers at sites, ensuring they have proper PPE, observe health and safety rules.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
• Ensure workers and sites have valid relevant permits when working at sites.
• Work with Project Manager/ Engineer/ Construction Manager on labor requirements and monitor arrangement to dispatch workers to construction site.
• Inspect and monitor works carried out at sites in compliance with safety measures, and other regulations.
• Coordinate with purchasing team to acquire necessary PPE, supplies and materials to meet project requirements.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents at sites.
• To ensure the right tools and equipment are made ready at sites in a timely manner.

DRIVER POSITION

• To have a vaild class 3 license with minimum 2 years of experience driving 14ft lorry.
• Physically fit to carry heavy items
• Maintaining an organized schedule
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Willing to work on weekends & public holiday.
• Willing to work for long hours.

About the role
As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's human resources and administrative functions. This full-time position is based in Novena Central Region and will involve overseeing payroll processing, managing employee records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. Your ability to work efficiently and collaboratively will be essential in this role.

What you'll be doing

• Managing payroll processing for construction site workers, including calculating and processing wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating personnel files
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinating and arranging training and development activities for employees
• Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Handling inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee record management
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare construction schedules, coordinating activities effectively.
• Monitor and report on project progress both on-site and off-site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
• Review project specifications, including civil, structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Monitor construction activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment, complying with all regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the project as assigned.
• Arrange and coordinate site inspections with RE & RTO.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with site supervisors and WSHCs to discuss site activities and tasks.

• Prepare project submissions such as RFIs, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, and supporting documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure or marine construction preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in dredging, reclamation, or near-shore construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
• Daily sea travel to island work sites is required.
• Must be willing to work on Sundays or public holidays when needed (Emergency Recovery Work).
• Flexibility to assist with various projects as required.
• Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
