About the role

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Strata Management business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. • Plan and organize annual management reviews, prepare inputs; consolidate presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions and follow-up actions
• Oversees the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updates and reviews IMS manual yearly
• Liaise with external certification bodies, lead and facilitate EHS related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, BizSafe STAR);
• To carry out any assignment as directed by the MD / GM / MR.
