· Check the pump truck condition. Make sure the concrete pump is in good working condition

· The operator must work with the site foreman for the pumping area and make sure the access for the pump truck to drive-in and out-rigger can be opened out fully and clear off all blocking objects.

· Operator must ensure his Helper carry out their duties assigned.

· Both Operator and Helper must comply with safety regulations and precautionary measures while operating the concrete pump – protects self and others by following work safe procedures.

· Operator must check with Site Foreman total m3 pump and must ensure the amount pump same as helper recorded at the end of the day.

· Operator writes clearly on the DO – Company Name, Time In, Time Started, Time Finished and m3 pump.

· Operator must get the Site Foreman/Supervisor to sign and chop on the DO at the end of the jobs done.

· After pumping both operator and helper must make sure the truck has been cleared up and top up water level just in case other site no water supply.

· Operator must make sure the pump truck park properly at the site and must ensure it do not cause any obstruction to other users.

· Both Operator and Helper must report to office once the finish pumping.
