Primary Objective

Responsible for overseeing the construction projects, such as roadways, Utility diversion, Trunk Sewer, Infrastructure, lift sharfts and bridges.

Involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination.

Key Activities

• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables, manage construction schedule and activities

Skills & Requirements: -

• Previous experience gained in a Project Management position within the Civils’ sector (have LTA and Civil works experinces)

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day maintenance and operations of M&E systems including Electrical Installation, ACMV system, Lighting, Generator Sets, AV System, Fire Protection System, Elevators & Escalators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust System, Grease Interceptor system, Wi-fi System, etc.

Knowledge & Experience;

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with at least 3-5 years of experience; or Diploma in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical or its equivalent with at least 5-8 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in managing high rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit out practices and related local ordinances.
• Experience in formulating and implementing maintenance policies and procedures, project management for capital works.
