Job Description:

• Planning, organizing and controlling projects. Construction Supervisors are responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ensure workplace safety, regulation, and security
• Responsibilities may also include managing and instructing the site workers, setting goals for the team, and seeing projects through to completion.
• Work with team and contractors to ensure that the correct materials and tools are on the job at all times.
• Supervises and coordinates additional contracted personnel as necessary. Monitors all sub-contractors and required inspections. Inspects each phase of work to determine if quality standards are met and that trades are completed on schedule.
• Organize work plan, coordinating with Construction Manager prior to their build day on site.
• Hold toolbox meeting to begin each work day. Provide adequate supervision and training of volunteers on the job site. Remind safety guidelines, and ensuring that all work done meets all safety compliance requirements.
• Accountable for safety of all personnel and security of the materials and dwellings on job site. Must lead by example and follow all safety requirements set by the maincon.
• Performs other appropriate duties and activities as assigned.

General:

• Prepare and maintain the company's accounts – accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing.

• Update account schedules periodically and conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements.

Accounts Receivables

• Preparation of invoices together with their necessary supporting documents.

• Monitor closely AR aging report and outstanding customers’ account via regular phone calls, email reminder and frequent communications.

• Proactively follow up on customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues, discrepancies and invoices.

• Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts.

Accounts Payable

• Matching and checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO.

• Follow up on long outstanding payments and vendor reconciliation.

• Process invoices, payment requests and reimbursement claims

• Creating payments to vendor - Giro / TT payments.

• Maintain and update payment master listing and ensure payment are recorded on daily basis.

Payroll:

• Processing accurate and timely payroll for full time & ad hoc workers.

• Collation of necessary documents to match against timing from IT attendance system (e.g. timecards and timesheet)

Others:

• Prepare quarterly GST filing accurately and timely.

• Processing government claims/fundings

• Support external audit work and queries.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: -

• Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.

• Preferably at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience for diploma and degree holders.

• Proficient in Ms Word, Excel spreadsheet.

HR Executive cum Admin

Duties and responsibilities:

· Support for full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, organization development and employee relations

· Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies support for reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies

· Accountable for upkeep of employee handbook

· Manage HR administration, such as letters of employment and all other HR related letters

· Process applications & renew all staff permit
