Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITY
Ā· Experience in pre & post contract administration
Ā· Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation
Ā· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
Ā· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
Ā· Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,
Ā· Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments
Ā· All other QS related job
REQUIREMENTS:
Ā· Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
Ā· Able to work independently
Ā· At least 2 years of working experience with main contractor
Ā· High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and helpful
Ā· 5.5 days work per week (alternate Saturday off)
