Responsible for the cost and budget monitoring.
Assist with work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
Involve with QS team to complete the subletting and suppliers selection.
Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project.
Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
Complete task as assigned by Project Director
Handling technical issues in projects with Technical Manager if necessary
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must specialized in various building/facility project experience.
Candidate should be also well-experienced and participate in project tender section.

Coordinate with multiple parties not limited to design consultants/engineers, other departments, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies, etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission and engineering works.
Monitor progress, and quality of workmanship and ensure that it complies with authority requirements.
Highlight any discrepancies and advise the staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works.
Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission.
Attend technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Preferably with a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity and above or equivalent.
Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
