Specialist Diploma in M&E Co-ordination is preferred

Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, MS-Office,etc.,

Experience in M&E field will be advantage

Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.

Ensure the progress of works is on schedule.

Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.

Enforce and manage the permit to work system at site(s).

Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.

Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.

Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.

Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

Comply to all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site(s).

Any related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirements

At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experiences in Structural Steel, Formwork（HDB, MRT PROJECT) will be advantageous.

Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good written and spoken mandarin，written and spoken simple English.

• Chauffeur the director and his family around
• Send children to-and-fro from school and enrichment classes
• Run errands as requested by the director and his family
• Ensure safety and comfort of passengers
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of vehicle at all times
• Abide by all traffic rules and regulations as stated in the Road Traffic Act

Job Requirements

• A valid Class 3 driving license
• At least 2-3 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Proficient at using GPS/ Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to work flexible hours, including working on weekends/public holidays
