Job Description & Requirements
1. Planning and implementation of repairs & maintenance programmes such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and inspection schedules in M&E system, equipment, plumbing, sanitary etc
2. Day-to-day management of building matters
3. Evaluate, manage and recommend vendors for various M&E systems and equipment
4. Conduct regular inspections, review contract specifications and make recommendations on upgrading standards for various M&E systems and equipment
5. Prepare cost estimates, work specifications, open tender and assist in recommedation of awards for various repairs and and maintenance work
6. Supervise building works carried out by term and service contractors to ensure all work comply with specifications and statutory requirement, and initiate actions against defaulting contractors if necessary
7. Liaise with government authorities/statutory boards/architects/engineers etc on matters relating to management and maintenance of the properties
8. Create and maintain good relationship, address technical concerns, enquiries and feedback raised by tenants
9. Work with tenants and to vet their fitting-out works and provide recomendations where appropriate
10. Prepare monthly incidents/crisis/management reports
11. Responsible in conducting fire safety management accordinging to SCDF requirement when required
12.Attend to emergencies in the properties and other duties assigned to you from time to time
