Job Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting.
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports for the Group and All entities
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections
Review monthly vendor reconciliations and process vendor payments.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and maintenance of accurate financial records.
Monitor and manage day to day banking functions for smooth flow of operations.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of GST and other statutory filings.
Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely and efficient audit processes.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.:
Identify areas for process improvement within the finance and accounting functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, with Professional accounting certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar financial control role, preferably within the EPC industry.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Supervisory of 2-3 team members would be preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
