Job Title: Marine Construction Project Engineer (ID8353)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working Hour：5.5 days (Monday to Friday 8-5, Saturday 8-12) but may required to OT due to project requirement (7am-7pm)
Salary: $3700 - $4600

Job Description:
-Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
-Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress.
-To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
-Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings..
-Perform other project related administrative duties assigned.
-Coordinate, prepare and arrange site inspection with RE & RTO.
-Arrange daily Toolbox Meeting with Site Supervisor and WSHC and briefing on site activities and daily task. Arrange Site daily activities with Site Supervisor.
-Attend monthly, weekly safety meeting and site works with Client.
-Prepare necessary submission for project. Example, RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation.
-To prepare and keep records, summary related to project. Maintain Project documents control for ISO purpose.

Requirement:
-Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering only.
-Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry.
-Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be preferred.
-Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
-Working hour from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
-May require to assist in variable projects.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or client management, preferably in the Chinese market.
• Strong understanding of Chinese culture, consumer behavior, and business practices.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to China frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools in China (WeChat, Baidu, etc.) is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

• Process a Class 4 driving license and experience to drive a 20ft lorry.
• Picking & packing & ensure timely deliveries of goods to customers.
• Able to work closely with a team of Warehouse Personnel.
• Check goods to ensure there is no discrepancy in quantity and no damange before loading onto the lorry.
• Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
• Must be able to carry bulky and weight goods

• Handling full sets of MCST Accounts
• Processing of AP/ AR/ GL
• Handling of Petty Cash
• Issuing Cheques or Internet Bank Transfer
• Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet & Financial Report
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and submit Tax Computations & GST returns to IRAS
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum ACCA in accounting and equivalent
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role are preferred.
• Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word & Account Software
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English
• Organized, possess self-discipline, and able to work as a team
