The PDS APAC Marketing Director exhibits an understanding of markets and buyers to develop regional and geo-specific go-to-market strategies, as well support global marketing strategies with a focus on the Project and Development Services (PDS) group. The role will work closely with the APAC PDS Leadership, APAC Work Dynamics Head of Marketing, Global PDS Marketing & Communications Leads, JLL Marketing Centers of Excellence, Sales, Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver the PDS Marketing strategy to drive sales.

Regional Activities

The role will be responsible for the co-ordination with country marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective delivery of PDS marketing campaigns and programs. It will also link up with the Global product marketing organization and Global Marketing colleagues to ensure tight alignment, brand consistency and effective implementation.

Skills

• 8+ years strategy and/or product marketing experience with a record of increasing responsibility in a consulting firm, communication agency or B2B company

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
• Working closely with architects and other professionals.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:

• High school diploma or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferable.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Experience in a leadership role recommended.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.

3. Previous Singapore work experience will be added advantage

- Organize and Control the overall "Topographical Activities" across the Project

- Prepare the relevant plans and procedures for the survey works to be performed

- Involve in the Topographical Activities for Rail Depot, Bus Depot, Reception Tunnel, and A&A works but not limited

- Management & Controlling of Critical Point & Benchmark

- Control of settlements on the adjacent constructions due to excavation, dewatering and recharging of water

- Coordinate the activities and ensure all individual construction activities of the works have adequate topographical supports and geometrical supports for structural works

- Maintain Geometrical information for the As-Built Structure

- Control and Sign off topographical surveys and reports

- Working within the Construction Team and Supporting the Design Team's requirements

- To control with a team member

Minimum Requirements/ Competencies

· Min. 5 years of experience in land surveying

· Degree/Diploma, Professional Land Surveying Certificate

· MS Office, AutoCAD, Related Survey Instrumentation Program
