Duties & responsibilities

Visitors

• Attend to visitors/guests

• To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail

• Assist and support the Finance Manager in delivering high standards of finance services in a property management environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle expense approvals and purchase orders and ensure they are inputted into Yardi system accurately and timely
• Process invoices for payments within stipulated timeline
• Handle refunds timely
• Handle all AP invoices/credit notes entries
• Handle all cashbook entries
• Maintain and update financial reports
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheque issuance
• Assist in daily administrative tasks including liaising with vendor.
• Maintain records and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and compliance.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements

Job Description & Requirements

1) Align and straighten tile using levels, squares and straightedges.
2) Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern.

3) Cut and shape tile to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces and corners, using hand and power cutting tools.

4) Finish and dress the joints and wipe excess grout from between tiles, using damp sponge.

5) Apply mortar to tile back, position the tile and press or tap with trowel handle to affix tile to base.

6) Mix, apply, and spread plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives to form a bed for the tiles, using brush, trowel and screed.

7) Prepare cost and labor estimates based on calculations of time and materials needed for project.

8) Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following blueprints.

9) Level concrete and allow to dry.

10) Build underbeds and install anchor bolts, wires and brackets.

11) Prepare surfaces for tiling by attaching lath or waterproof paper, or by applying a cement mortar coat onto a metal scree

• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Managing the daily operation of construction projects
• Interpreting and implementing construction plans as per the project blueprint
• Liaising with subcontractors, architects, and other professional staff to ensure project requirements are met
• Assessing potential risks and implementing preventive measures to mitigate them
• Ensuring materials and resources are used effectively and wastage is minimized
• Keeping accurate records of construction progress, changes, and other relevant information
• Resolving technical issues with the project team and offering advice on improvements and solutions
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution
