Your principal accountabilities as a Construction Engineer will include:

• Identifies and manages interfaces through regular engagement with stakeholders, including external non-Shell entities. • Jointly develop execution plans (including HSSE & quality) in partnership with internal Shell stakeholders (e.g. Turnaround, Projects, Engineering Disciplines, Operations, Maintenance). Identifies and manages risk from simultaneous operations or activities. Proposes practical alternatives to stakeholders for consideration. Implements mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with external/internal stakeholders for planning and scheduling. Develop and sustain ways of working, including progress measurement, forecasting and control.
• Ensures all construction activities comply with regulatory and company HSSE standards and requirements.
