• Oversee all construction site structure activities.
• Support Construction Manager on daily site work.
• Planning of manpower allocation
• Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping
• Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
• Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.
• knowledge of Mandarin is essential to handle queries to the Chinese workers.
• prefer to have LTA project or HDB project experiences.

Job Description

• Handle HR work including Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Formulating Policy & Procedure
• Coordinate, schedule and facilitate job interviews
• Posting of job advertisements on Job portals
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
• Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
• In charge of payroll process
• Sorting of incoming mails and arranging of courier services.
• Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)
• Handle work injury claims
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record etc
• Manage daily general administration works including maintaining office facilities, supplies
• Any other ad-hoc site admin duties which may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with at least 1 year relevant experience is preferred
• Degree in any qualifications
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
• 5.5 days / 6 days work week (Alt Saturday)
• Willing to work in Construction Site (Lentor)
• Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure

• Independent, ability to communicate effectively, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Meticulous, detailed and able to handle confidential information.
• A team player with initiative and able to work independently.

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Need experience in Architectural metal works, metal cladding, Ceiling panels, Glass Wall, Glass Railing, Sky lights, Stainless Steel & Aluminium works.
• To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site.
• Lead site teams.
• Need to draw using autocad if any design urgent works.
• Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, etc.
• Establish good relationship with all relevant party.
• Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.
• Ensure Site required documents are in good order.
• Control the contractors work and quality of work for site in field.
• Measure and Estimate of contractor work and report to Project Manager.
• Manage day-to-day on a construction site and the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on it.
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
• Will be responsible for overall project management and delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution.

• Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid high stock inventory.
• Monitor material availability for production continuity.
• Periodically reporting.
• Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management.
