The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Exercise timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies at construction project sites.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliances issues to avoid discrepancies.
• Review manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.
• Perform cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects.
• Exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
• To perform any other ah-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess recognised Degree in Project Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ construction working experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Preferably completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Good project management, communication and good analytical skills
• Ability to work with tight schedule in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

1. Propose architectural framing layout and design key elements of buildings, submit to architect / consultant
2. Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design in-line with architect’s design intents and client’s requirements
3. Review & verify consultants design drawings, counter propose another architectural design intent and feasibility of construction
4. Plan and supervise the schedule of design processes and submission to authority to meet the main project
5. Resolve site issues related to design or changes required by production team, to ensure no delay affecting main program projects

• Prepare 3D BIM model and drawings using Autocad / Revit / Navis / Enscape software
• BIM set-up and modeling of MEPF system such as ACMV, sanitary, plumbing, gas, fire protection and electrical containment for PPVC residential and commercial projects

• Prepare M&E shop drawings, section details, as-built drawings & submit on time
