Accounting
▶ Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments, data entry and
maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.
â–¶ Accounts Receivables function include AR aging, prepare AR reports & monitor cash balance.
â–¶ Ensure timely billing to clients, verify receipts and payment details with transaction documents
â–¶ Perform day to day operational matters pertaining to preparing invoices, issuing payment and expense claims
â–¶ Prepare consolidation of transactions
â–¶ Maintain proper record of transactions
â–¶ Handle petty cash for branch and site office and reimbursement.
â–¶ Handling staff claims.
▶ GST returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS’s regulations.
â–¶ Liaise with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
â–¶ Supporting the audit report (Audit Report will prepare the outsourcing company)
â–¶ Undertake instructions from Directors and Managers for the transactions & assignments given.
â–¶ Preparation and management the payment voucher
â–¶ Keeping the hardcopy and softcopy of all account data and documents
(Payment voucher, Invoice, Transaction data etc.)
- Submitting the softcopy to branch office manager monthly
- Submitting the hardcopy and softcopy to outsourcing accounting firms.
â–¶ Cooperating with Head Quater from time to time
â–¶ Other ad-hoc duties that being assigned by supervisor from time to time.
â–¶ Preferred experience in Accounting software (Xero)
Other Job
- Perform general clerical duties which include preparing documents and filing
- Support the Chief Representative of the Branch Office
- Manage and maintain fixed costs
- Provide general support to visitors from HQ
- Any other ad-hoc matters or undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Korea Language (Preferred) (In order to liaise with the English and Korea speaking associates)
- At least 3 years of Accounting experience in the construction sector (Preferred)
- Required Skill(s): General Accounting Knowledge
- Meticulous and able to multitask
- Able to handle stress to deal with a broad range of challenges
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with employees across all levels
- Good team working skills and able to work independently
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Candidates with prior Accounting experience would be preferred
