What you will be doing:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
• Having experience in the LTA Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in the site office.

• Involve in GGBS, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 9001; 14001 implementations and audits.
• Review and maintain site's WSH records.
• Other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in WSHe and/or any Relevant Safety Certificates from any approved institutions will be preferred.
• With at least 6 years of working experiences in the construction industry.
• LTA- MRT working experience would be an added advantage.
• 6 Working Days per week.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment.
• Working Location: Site Office, Tampines.
