• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow up with the existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
• Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visit to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
• Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested
• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects
• Follow up on contacts enquiries.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field
• With knowledge of the construction industry preferred

• Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days | Mon-Fri: 9am to 5pm | Alt Sat: 9am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Providing operational support to clients, and to site team.
• To assist the Reporting Officer in the operation and administrative works:
• Updating work schedule;
• Renewal of licenses with government and statutory board;
• Process enquiries/ feedback and remain highly contactable for clients.
• Defect list and fixing date of inspection and closing summary of defect list and appointment dates.
• Process security pass, access card/carpark, bicycle label.
• Process deposits and refunds.
• Follow quality assurance procedures including cleaning, security, repairs, maintenance, painting, air-conditioning, fire-protection, lifts and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing. policies and processes for handling personal data.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the estate daily.
• Conduct scheduled checks and inspection, escalate irregularities to management and to clients.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied.
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience
• Diploma in Building & Estate Management / Building Services or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system to ensure staff and workers work in a safe and healthy environment.
2. To assist the Project Manager in implementing the permit to work system and to stop & report to the project manager any incompatible works relating to the same.
3. To act as the secretary of the Project WSH Committee and chair the meeting such that the company staff and subcontractors are aware of the site activities and the required actions.
4. To assist the Project Manager in complying with the WSH Acts and Regulation.
5. To conduct periodic safety inspection to verify level of safety compliance so that the safety standards are constantly improved.
6. To ensure site compliance with statutory safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations and to report any deviations to the Project Manager for management consideration.
7. To recommend to the Project Manager any necessary corrective measures to be taken on safety non-compliance and deviations in order to enhance the site safety.
8. To update site management on any new or changes to current statutory safety requirements and also take the necessary actions.
9. To investigate any accident/ dangerous occurrence/ incident and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
10. To liaise with officers from MOM/NEA /PUB on matters pertaining to safety, mosquito breeding, ECM etc and take the necessary action for their comments.
11. To conduct safety training and organise safety promotional activities.
12. To ensure safety documentation is kept current and ready for MOM, NEA or ISO Audit.
13. Carry out the works assigned for compliance with requirements of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001
14. Be involved in the evaluation of risk assessment and plan, manage and review Management Programmes.
15. Be involved in all the sub-con safety and health matters pertaining to the site.
16. Prepare and submit the site environment control Programme and ensure that the staff and workers are aware and understand the intention.
17. Inspect the site to ensure that all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of the environment health are in working condition.
18. Assist the authority to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne disease.
19. Organise campaigns, training course to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environment health standards.
20. To assist the Project Manager in the management of the workers e.g their courses, reporting sick, home leave, accommodation.
21. To assist in achieving the safety standards required by the site’s developer.
22. Be involved in safety aspects for planning of activities that are in view of the public or in area that the public uses.
23. Must hold a valid registration with MOM as a WSH Officer and with NEA as an ECO.
