Responsibilities:

• Manage financial and administration teams to achieve company financial goals.
• Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives.
• Oversee preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc.
• Assist in account receivable and payable activities.
• Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.
• Follow standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Assist in developing and managing budgeting system.
• Manage all client accounts for payment settlements.
• Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying out financial and administration tasks.
• Monitor and manage expenses within allotted budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other accounting tools
• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Daily Update of Project/Operation Progress to immediate superior.
• To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
• To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimise downtime.
• Manage and monitor the foreman and workers for right attitude, behaviour and manner working in workshop.
• Ensure, understand and meet in detail Scope of Work, Specifications and project requirements on the equipment/vehicles.
• Planning of the materials requirement and coordinate with logistics procurement.
• Organise in the daily and weekly logistic coordination meeting with team.
• Check the project required mandatory courses for workers and arrange for training in line with training matrix.
• Check and ensure all workshop activates shall ongoing well with quality and safety.
• Plan and prepare minimum One month in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task.
• Work Progress Update And Mitigation Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Meetings.
• Perform inventory check on RMC equipment and machineries and update condition on the items.
• Update feedback to superior on the machineries and equipment activities regularly.
• Upgrade own self and attend the relevant industry training continuously to meet the market requirement and have the competency.
• Continuously monitor and identify the potential worker from workforce, coaching with leadership skills and update to HQ .

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager/ Project Director/ Business Unit Head.
• Jointly prepare the project start-up and execution plan with the Project Manager, as well as define key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS, and contractual.
• Manage and plan every stage of a construction project and ensure the project is completed safely, within budget, on time while achieving the desired quality.
• Manage resource deployment and overall management of site at all stages of construction works.
• Manage the procurement of material and stock control, as well as the timely delivery of equipment, building components, and any other related logistics arrangement at all stages of construction works.
• Manage subcontractors, including monitoring of manpower, work progress, and scheduling of their works.
• Work closely with client representatives and consultants in all project matters, especially relating to contracts, construction, and EHS issues.
• Establish appropriate reporting and controlling procedures to improve project operations and delivery.
• Drive the implementation of innovative construction methodologies and practices on-site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• 5-10 years experience in project management and/ or site management works for building projects and multi-level basement construction.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing, with a special interest in precast and DfMA technology;
• Good leadership skill and a team player
