The candidate will work directly with the Construction Managers and the subcontractors throughout the six-year construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the Construction Managers, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating site-related works with the Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents. This role is focused on working in the field and will report directly to the Construction Manager. This candidate should understand all aspects of construction in relation to executing work on-site.

• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service request.
• Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
• Act as a contact point between helpdesk operations, other teams (internal, external and vendor/supplier)
• IT assets and inventories management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
• Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department's purview.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of MIS experience.
• Possess ITIL Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, routers, and network switches is required.

• Maintain close liaison with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the project, from design through to completion, to maximize resource efficiency.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Oversee all site activities, including the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and project briefs.
