Job Desciption:
Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
Ensure the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
Coordinate and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
Participate in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
Participate in coordinating with client/ consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.
Preparation of weekly and months rolling program and update with actual progress.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Preferably with a Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices.
Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Primavera.
