• Communicate and organize interactions with external auditor, company secretary, tax authorities, bankers, and other professionals

Requirements:

• Certified accountant with accounting degree or equivalent professional qualifications Proficient in numerical analysis, demonstrating scientific and numerical sensitivity
• Over 3 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in auditing, with a preference for supervisory roles Preferred experience in the construction industry
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational skills, adept at time management, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively
• Demonstrates strong ownership and commitment to tasks and deadlines
• Positive problem-solving attitude, proactive, proficient in interpersonal communication, and promotes team collaboration Proficient in MS applications and computerized accounting systems
