• ensure that structure are constructed in a safety and sturdiest manner
• reporting to director and PM
• liaise with consultants, conractors and authorities
• miscellaneous duties and adhoc works

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipments and operations.
• Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times.

Job Requirements:-

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Job Description

- To lead a team of Engineers

- Oversees all phases of site construction, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and all relevant team

- Cost management and budgeting

- Inspect drawings and specifications, timely problem solving

- Inspect the quality and safety of the project

- Ensure all requirements are in line with all relevant authority

Requirements

- Fluent in Chinese and English

- MBA in Engineering (Prefably Civil)

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

- Autocad, MS Office

- Able to travel
