Job Description

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of residential property

1) Responsible for project and materials calculations as well as to maintain and update project budget.

2) Preparation of progress claims and Supplier’s / Sub-contractor’s payment.

3) To coordinate with all sub-contractors & supplier with regards to providing the necessary information, design, clarify discrepancies, etc. to implement and insure smooth progress of the project.

4) Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors in relation to contractual issues, including attend site meetings.

Job Requirement:

· Min 10 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required
