You will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in the mall. You will have closed collaboration with colleagues from different departments including customer services to provide a smooth operation for the tenants in the mall.

• Maintain good physical conditions of the mall and ensure that its lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical power is of good working condition.
• Conduct general maintenance works such as painting, plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme.
• Check and inspection building’s machinery and equipment and to report security and asset irregularities.
• Provide quick respond to tenants’ requests to ensure they receive a quality service.
• Follow relevant safety operation procedures.
• Follow emergency response plans and assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies.
• Support in site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works in the mall.
• Perform any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management.

Requirement

• Minimum NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning
• Preferably 2 yrs’ experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environment
• Exhibit good troubleshooting skill for minor repair and technical fault.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
