• In-charge for the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation

This role is similar to a (junior) chief of staff to the Co-founder (COO&CFO) of a Pre-A startup. Notwithstanding the job description listed below, your role would be anything and everything that the Co-founder is currently in charge of. Also do not apply if you only want to do sales, strategy, and other "high level" stuff. There will be a mixture of everything that is not too technical (everyone else in the company is highly technical) and I need someone to offload my work. There will be times when you have to work on construction sites like everyone else in the company. It is hot, dirty, dusty, and overall not a pleasant experience. We do anything and everything necessary based on the ever changing situation. Either engineers with a strong business acumen or business school graduates with reasonable engineering interest can apply.

Fabrica AI is creating a future where ideating and developing a robot for any task takes days, not years. We believe that by training end to end controls in simulation with reinforcement learning and above that iterating hardware designs, we can automate the whole development process.

To validate our approaches for our AI system and to collect data, we invented an automatic tile grouting robot that boosts productivity by up to 5x and are piloting it on construction sites in Singapore managed by Woh Hup, BHCC, Gin Chia, Soilbuild, Chan Rong Fen, and Dragages. Tile grouting is the process of filling up the gaps between tiles after the tiles have been laid. We invented a patented robot that is able to automatically grout and clean tile gaps with only a press of a button.

We’ve raised over 3m USD from Hoxton Ventures, Credo Ventures, our Professor from Cambridge University, Woh Hup, ffVC, and the owner of BHCC (listed construction company). We’ve 2500sqft of space in Singapore where we have over 20 team members, and 1200sqft of space in Czechia where we have our software team.

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, kitchen vessels, cleaning floors and equipment etc. Tasks include but not limited to:

• Check dishwashing machines thoroughly to see if detergents for the machine needs to be replenished

• Send all soiled towels to the laundry and dry them

• Assist in polishing silver and copperware

• Keep work area clean, tidy and dry at all times

• Wash dishes

• Ensure that water in the dishwashing machine is maintained at a constant level/temperature and must be

changed once every 2 hours

• Observe correct procedures in handling machinery.

• Ensure that a decoy system must be set up before all soiled dishes are brought into the kitchen from the outlet

• A container of detergent must be prepared in advance for soaking of cutleries

• Report to Steward Supervisor when any equipment/machinery is damaged, faulty or misused

Job Responsibilities

• Providing operational support to clients, and to site team.
• To assist the Reporting Officer in the operation and administrative works:
• Updating work schedule;
• Renewal of licenses with government and statutory board;
• Process enquiries/ feedback and remain highly contactable for clients.
