• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resourceallocation.
• Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

• Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients.

• Perform and maintain daily documentation, filing and typing
• Liaise closely with the Head Office’s Administration and HR Departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.

5. Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin

• Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory

• Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen

and workers comply with client and regulatory

• To assist management in monitoring the

effectiveness of the risk control measures

• To recommend appropriate risk control measures to

reduce or eliminate the risk identified assessment

• Together with QS department to award sub

contractor

• Assist in ac-hoc tender for technical proposal

submission

• All other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

or equivalent

• Able to work under pressure with high initiative and

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in

Construction Industry

• Able Understand & doing AutoCAD Drawing
