• Gross Salary: Up to $5000 (Depending on experience)

• Working days & hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for secured property lending.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Promote the company’s financial products and provide professional guidance on loan solutions.

• Meet and exceed assigned KPI targets.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of business contacts to drive referrals and new opportunities.

• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, including detailed financial analysis.

• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Finance or relevant field

• Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in property, term and mortgage loans
