Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site

· To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship

· To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract

· To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors

· To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with contract specifications and drawings, complying with quality and standards

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree equivalent or higher, in Architecture or Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized institution

· Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience

· Past working experiences in healthcare/residential/institutional building projects is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for project update and reports

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision of works

Job Description:

· To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.

· To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

· To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, and other Consultants employed by Developer.

· To attend Main contractor’s daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and prepare report of observation and follow up on the rectification.

· To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.

· To familiarize with the risks and control measures related to each work activity.

· To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Requirement:

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

· Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

· Class 3 Qualified Driving License

The Assistant Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all facets of the outlet. He must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff. The Chef de Partie is required to supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. • To maintain constant quality control of all food prepared and cooked ensuring it is to the Head Chef’s and Restaurant standards.
• To ensure all main cool rooms are tidy and clean at all times, especially after each service, so the Duty Chef can carry out daily ordering.
• To ensure that all health marks are collected and allocated to the correct administration.
• To operate the pass service of food from the kitchen to the restaurant, liaising with the Restaurant staff and ensuring the food is to the standard required by the Head Chef.
• To provide a clear handover during shift changes
