* LEADING TEAMS OF WORKERS AND SUPERVISORS FOR ALLOCATED PROJECT SITE;

*IMPLEMENT SITE SAFETY IN ACCORDANCE TO MOM REGULATIONS AT SITE;

* MONITOR SITE EXPENSES INCLUDING REQUISITION OF RAW MATERIALS;

* RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SITE PROFITABILITY;

* ATTEND SITE SHOW ROUND FOR NEW TENDER PARTICIPATION WHEN ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT;

* FACILITATE SITE WORK PROGRESS BY TEAM TO BE IN LINE WITH MAIN CONTRACTORS SITE PROGRESS SCHEDULE;

* CONDUCT SITE WORK TRAINING WHEN REQUESTED BY SUPERVISORS;

* REVIEW RISK MANAGEMENT AT WORK AND AMEND WHEN REQUIRED.
