• Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
• Administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues.
• Serve as primary contact point of information flow between Town Office and site.
• Process time sheets and payroll.
• Act as project document controller and perform administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of project documents and handling all incoming telephone calls.
  Assume responsbility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copier machine and fax machine.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'O' Level
• Min. 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in construction environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Projects are mainly on Jurong Island and Tuas area
• Transport from MRT station to project provided

Job Description & Requirements

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements
• ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project
• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
• Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
• Prepare monthly site report updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
• Complete task as assigned by Project Manager and Project Director

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of engineering experience in the related field is required for this position
• At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement
• Acting as rigorous preson on Identify possible risks in project

• Safely transport construction materials, including soil, sand, and mill waste, to designated destinations.
• Loading and unloading of materials, ensuring that all goods are securely and safely transported.
• Work with site personnel to ensure efficient and safe unloading procedures.
• Perform routine checks on the truck to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and outside.
• Drive in a safe and responsible manner, strictly adhering to all traffic rules and regulations as stated in the Road Traffic Act.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD.
