Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
2. Supervise site workers and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.
3. Support project costing, budget control, and preparation of monthly progress claims to optimize profit margins.
4. Assist with testing, commissioning, and providing technical training to customers post-project completion.
5. Facilitate technical discussions and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements:

1. Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Building Services with at least 2 years of relevant construction site experience.
2. Proven experience in electrical installation projects, particularly turnkey and A&A works, with strong technical and site knowledge.
3. Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Positive attitude, responsibility, and flexibility to work onsite and occasionally outside office hours to meet project deadlines.
