Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. The role is expected to exercise appropriate leadership to maximize team effectiveness working seamlessly with our Quantity Surveyors, lab managers, and operational and leadership teams who all play an active part in sales, alongside the Company's Global Technical Leaders where necessary. Job Duties:

• Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
• Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients
• Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine customer needs.

• Build and maintain a working knowledge of the company’s service offerings; participate in training/coaching opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of commercial client facing experience with Technical and / or Sales responsibilities.
• Degree qualification in a directly related industry is preferred but not essential.
• Experience dealing with / working for Teir 1construction contractors and or consultants preferred
• Knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering or Site investigation would be an advantage
• Some experience in Quantity Surveying &/or Construction Project management a plus
• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
• Must have valid Driver’s License, with an acceptable driving record under the Company’s policy.
