Job Description

- To lead a team of Engineers

- Oversees all phases of site construction, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and all relevant team

- Cost management and budgeting

- Inspect drawings and specifications, timely problem solving

- Inspect the quality and safety of the project

- Ensure all requirements are in line with all relevant authority

Requirements

- Fluent in Chinese and English

- MBA in Engineering (Prefably Civil)

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

- Autocad, MS Office

- Able to travel

About the role:

• To interpret drawings and perform taking off duties
• To source sub-contractors and suppliers
• To prepare tender submission
• To liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
• To coordinate with consultant and sub-contractor for progress claims, variation works and finalisation of accounts
• All other tasks as assigned by management

About you:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management related.
• Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying for renovation and A&A Works.
• Possess knowledge of local form of contracts (eg. PSSCOC, SIA etc)
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Work with BIM Team to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
