You should have a Diploma in Building or Facilities disciplines from a recognised establishment with minimum of 3 years of experience (with M&E and / or civil / building background is preferred) or ITE / NTC facility management or technical disciplines or market equivalent in facility management works with minimum of 5 years of experience. Job Description & Scope:

Job Requirements:

• Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
• Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience handling and monitoring the progress of projects in Construction industry.
