The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. 1. Job scope

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
• Inform the Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems about M&E works;
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
• Carry out testing and commission of M&E work; Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Dealing with troubleshooting

1. Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of computer software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto CAD, email, etc
• Knowledge of reading building construction drawings
• 3-5 years of working experience in main-con, preferably in all the projects

• Assist the Project Manager to oversee project site supervision, managing the daily operation of the project execution, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the construction master schedules
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling the cost of materials, shop drawings submission, coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects

Responsibility:
