Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Develop and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to analyze project profitability.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, project managers, architects, engineers, and interior designers across various locations in Singapore.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle operational challenges and provide strategic solutions to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Travel internationally (India, Singapore, Indonesia, etc) as required for project coordination and oversight.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations /people management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project P&L.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Own mode of transportation is mandatory.
• Petrol and phone expenses are reimbursable.
• Willingness to travel locally within Singapore and internationally when required.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Location: Singapore (Travel Required: India, Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Non-Negotiable)
