• Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience in construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
• Good Communication, negotiation, problem solving and sourcing skills
• Project admin experience in a plus point

• Position Title: Construction Project Administrator / Project Coordinator (Civil)
• Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri - 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
• Salary: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Perform project administrative coordination and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor project claims and invoices as directed.
• Maintain office files, correspondence, documentation, and inspection equipment
• Assist the Director/Senior Management with daily operations as assigned.
• Assist the Director/Senior Management with tendering and bidding for projects.
• Carry out technical tasks in the office and field as directed.
